  • If you would like to place an order prior to online set up please e-mail info@nationaltalentmarketing.com to receive the resume forms.
 
  • Once you have completed the form send it along with your photos (please designate which is your MAIN photo) on a CD in a jpeg file or original photos (origional photos will be returned with your order shipment) with resume information to National Talent Marketing, Order Processing, PO Box 12146, Scottsdale AZ 85260.

 

  • Photos that are protected by copywright ARE NOT processed with out proper photo release statements created by the photographer or company that holds the copywright.
 
  • Payment by check, money order or cashiers check MUST accompany the order form. Orders paid by check will not be processed prior to bank clearance. Rush shipping is available.
